Prior to turning this hobby into something a bit more and sharing his knowledge of it he has been a successful businessman. He has worked primarily in the professional events business industry in London and Europe and also sales and marketing of various products into leisure and professional markets.
Paul now lives in North Devon, UK and is currently the scooter expert for H&H Classic Auctions. He also helps people with identification and valuations of accessories. Paul also is a regular judge at many vintage scooter events including the VMSC annual extravaganza, UK; The annual Scooterist weekender, Kalkar, Germany; and the Brighton mod weekender, UK. Paul is a founder member of the Awfully Pleasant Scooter Association, UK.
Over the course of the last couple of decades Paul has amassed the largest collection in the world of vintage scooter accessory catalogues and associated literature. This has been no mean feat due to the scarcity of these. He also has a huge collection of original periodicals, books and magazines on the subject collected from all over the world. He also has a large collection of accessories and accessorised scooters.
